What data this site collects

This is an informational showcase website: there are no contact forms, no accounts, and no profiling or analytics cookies.

Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) records technical browsing data (for example IP address, browser and requested page) to keep the site running and secure. Visitor statistics, where enabled, are collected in aggregate form and without cookies.

This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating the site and protecting it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not used to profile visitors and is retained by Cloudflare only for as long as necessary for these purposes. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie (__cf_bm) to identify automated traffic: it is strictly necessary and does not require consent.

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.

Contact via WhatsApp and Instagram

The "Book" and "Message me" buttons open WhatsApp or Instagram, external services with their own privacy policies. The data you send me in chat (name, number, event details) is used only to reply to you and arrange the service you requested, and is not passed on to anyone else. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data at any time, and exercise the other rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
